Have you ever watched a movie scene where the main character finally finds themselves?
There’s usually a montage of small moments stitched together. A quiet transformation. Sometimes they’re trying to fit into something new, sometimes they’re shedding what no longer fits. And almost always, there’s music. The background track that carries the whole becoming.
So what’s yours?
What do you play when you want to romanticize your life?
Deep focus beats?
A sound bath?
‘90s hip-hop?
Classical? Jazz? Ibiza?
When I think about romanticizing my life, slowly, intentionally, I start to notice a subtle shift. You begin to enjoy being in your life. There is a paying attention happening. attention. And in that attention, you figure out who you actually want to be.
More than that - you start becoming them.
You sip your tea or coffee slowly, on purpose.
You move your body because it’s part of your identity, not a punishment.
Your routines soften into rituals.
At some point, the romanticizing fades—not because the magic is gone, but because it’s integrated. This isn’t a performance anymore. This is just… you.
You’re living your true life now.
No montage required.
So what are you romanticizing in your life right now?
Which senses are you waking up?
Warmly,
