A number of years ago, I came across an article that presented a magical list of sorts, a compilation of small rituals that could assist someone in navigating through a difficult day.
Usually, lists tend to overwhelm me and make me feel stuck. However, this particular list felt different; it felt like an opportunity, a breath of fresh air.
What if I could utilize this list to hold myself accountable for the things that I know bring me joy? What if I could tick off these items throughout the day, knowing that they would contribute to my well-being and happiness, regardless of how the day unfolded?
As someone who is constantly seeking, daydreaming, observing, and taking action, I am always on the lookout for new ideas and strategies to enhance my personal growth and improve my relationships. Ultimately, though, my ultimate goal is to find peace and happiness.
I often share things I find or seek out with my close ones and try to explain how they worked for me. However, after a while, I move on or try something new, and it seems like I forget about it, even though I was so passionate about sharing it just a few days ago. I wanted to start doing this a few years ago, but I got distracted and maybe a little scared. Recently, I read a book that had similar themes of doing small things that have a big impact. But for me, it's about recognizing the intention behind trying something you're interested in, seeing if it benefits you, and sharing it with others. Once again, I felt inspired by my inner voice to do this and share it with the world.
This is a space where I can share the little rituals I learn about with you and keep a record for myself. It's a place for exploring small rituals, trying them out, and seeing if they bring any additional benefits to our lives. Whether they do or not, it's all good.
